Directors are the creative leads in film and hold the creative vision throughout the whole process, from pre-production through to the final edit. The director conceives of artistic and dramatic aspects while instructing the talent, technical crew, actors. and extras. Directors can also write scripts and treatments which are the essential first step when pitching/prepping for a production project. OTCM can also provide producers, who are ultimately in charge of managing project operations, pre- to post-production working with set budgets and collaborating creatively with the director for scouting location, handling casting calls and working onsite with hired talent.
